2 terrorist aides held in Bandipora: Police | KNO

Srinagar, Mar 13 (KNO): Police in Bandipora along with security forces have arrested 02 terrorist associates from Hajin area of Bandipora and recovered arms and ammunition from their possession. “Police in Bandipora along with Army (13 RR) and CRPF (45 Bn) at a checkpoint established at Gandbal-Hajin Road, arrested two terrorist associates,” a police spokesman said in a statement issued to the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO). They have been identified as Naseer Ahmad Parray son of Bashir Ahmad Parray resident of Kathpura Hajin and Mudasir Ahmad Parray son of Mohd Ramzan Parray resident of Gandbal Hajin. During search, arms ammunition including 02 Chinese grenades, 18 live rounds of ⁠AK-47, ⁠01 AK-47 magazine, ⁠01 pistol, ⁠08 pistol rounds, ⁠01 pistol magazine and 02 mobile phones. Regarding the incident, police said that a case vide FIR number 20/2025 under relevant sections of law have been registered in PS Hajin and investigation has been initiated—(KNO)
